Airport Transfers

Gatwick Airport is 30 minutes away and both Heathrow Airport and City Airport are one hour away.

We operate a safe, friendly and convenient ‘meet and greet’ service from Gatwick, Heathrow and City airports and from London St Pancras International station to Sevenoaks. Once students have collected their luggage someone will be waiting for them in arrivals, holding a branded sign with their name.

On departure, we will help students to check in, ensure they know their gate number and accompany them to the security gate.

The Airport Transfer Service is free for arrivals and departures between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00. Private transfers can be arranged at any other time, and from other airports, at an extra cost. We recommend flights and transfers are booked as early as possible.

If you would prefer to bring your child to Sevenoaks yourself, or collect them at the end of the course, you are very welcome to do so. We would be happy to meet you and give you a tour of the school on arrival or departure.
